* Content produces TV and online TV for broadcasters and public sector clients.
* Communications publishes contract and owned titles, manages media sales and buying - and provides creative services for online, print and events.
Ten Alps was founded in 1999 by a team including Bob Geldof.
We have nearly 500 staff, with offices including London, Manchester and Singapore.
