Ten Alps launch Bribery Act 2010 Compliance Resource

14th July 2010

Ten Alps Digital have created a new web resource www.thebriberycentre.co.uk to support SME owners and managers in their task of complying with the new Bribery Act 2010.

The new website provides key information and real working tools to help the small business owner both understand the new law and the implications of it on their industry, their business and themselves. With the appointment of Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke as the United Kingdom’s new international anti-corruption champion, the UK Government has sent out a very clear message that it intends to ensure the effective implementation of the Bribery Act 2010 legislation.Commenting on the new product launch

Stuart Brown, Ten Alps Publishing Managing Director said, “Very few small business owners understand that failure to comply with this new legislation means that directors could face unlimited fines or up to 10 years in prison. The aim of the new portal is to both educate and assist compliance. As the UK’s leading publisher to trade associations and business organisations we are uniquely placed to deliver this vital resource.”

The online resource will be supported by a series of seminars and roundtable discussions delivered in conjunction with industry sector partners.
